His research and facilitation skills help clients understand the world, and prioritize their strategic initiatives from their customer’s point of view.
The breadth of his service design experience ensures he maintains a customer centered holistic approach throughout agile delivery.
Recent specialism has focused on strategic foresight and service innovation in retail, clients have included; Tesco, John Lewis Partnership, River Island and Shop Direct. Previous delivery work has included innovation at the BBC with the delivery of BBC’s iPlayer, and innovative financial services products for banking with Lloyds.
He recently led the customer stream of a transformation program for a leading catalogue retailer, generating solutions with the team to deliver viable and impactful customer service initiatives.
